Jason V. Reed, of Edmondson & Associates, has been elected to the Board of Overseers for Redwood. Based in Ft. Mitchell, Kentucky, the organization guides children and adults with severe and multiple disabilities to achieve independence and reach their highest potential throughout their lives by providing enriching educational, therapeutic, and vocational services.
"I first became acquainted with the wonderful work of Redwood as a School Board Attorney," Reed explained," as Redwood provided assistance to the School to help educate students whose disabilities presented the greatest educational challenge."
"As I began to learn more about Redwood's mission, it didn't take long to understand the very broad impact the organization has throughout Northern Kentucky," Reed added. "Redwood touches many, many lives, and enriches each one in a unique and lasting way. I am proud to be a part of the organization, and what I trust is a very bright future."
As an Assistant Kenton County Attorney, Reed shares the company of several current and former Assistants on the Board, including Stacy Tapke, Deborah Tweddle (Trustee), and John Middleton (Trustee).
"Serving alongside colleagues, current and former, is a special treat," Reed admitted. "It is rewarding to know that, aside from our common interest as prosecutors and lawyers, we also share a common heart for the greater good of our community."
